  1. To install WinPac, unzip the archive to its own directory. If you 
  2. don't have a copy of VBRUN300.DLL in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  3. directory, you'll have to  get a copy. You can ftp it from
  4. ftp://ftp.cica.indiana.edu/pub/pc/win3/util/vbrun300.exe or download
  5. it from the Microsoft BBS at 1-206-936-6735. If you don't have a 
  6. modem, write to me at the address below and I'll send you a copy.
